DICT|UM

enabling the collective mind for productive conversations

The Capstone course or workshop is a mix of theory and practice: learn and apply. Delegates embark on a journey of linguistic-cognitive empowerment, where individuals and teams awaken to the transformative power of contextualization

Imagine minimal cognitive effort to explain the consequences, impacts, implications, and significance of linguistic (text) complexities. This ability makes you an invaluable contributor and partner to the collective intelligence of your team.

The program consists of four (4) main components, preceded by an introduction and closed with lively engagements in practical assessments, covered in a half-day session (~ 5 hours).

  • Explaining and experiencing the form-function problem in the workplace
  • Embracing the liberating effect of knowing your linguistic-cognitive potential
  • Enabling the individual and collective mind to think contextually
  • Engaging in the enjoyment of language of context.

Our DICT|UM program combines the four essentials of understanding and meaning: continuous dialogue, interpretation, construction, and the transfer of meaning. The skills you gain will enable you to contextualize anything, allowing understanding and meaning to emerge naturally.
